I know someone in the C. area.  is the cat neutered and/or declawed? I need a little more info.  Is he strictly indoor?  Diane

He is all black short hair male, around 2 yrs old.Not declawed or neutered.
Very healthy, beautiful green eyes.I am not selling him,I just want to find him a good home.He is an indoor cat.I love him dearly, but my situation does not allow me to keep him.I am writing this with tears in my eyes.

Thank You Robin.I wish the rest of the world was kind as the people
who use this website.Tried no kill shelters in the Chicago Area and they over
capacity. If I take him to my local animal control, there is a chance he
could be pts.The guilt would be overwhelming.

Dear Bob,  I got an email from my "oldie" friend from here at petloss and she asked you to check and see if there is a Best Friends Network in your area.  Try that and still sending prayers your way.

Love,  Diane

Spreading the word:

If anyone else lives in/near Chicago or knows folks in/near Chicago, can we at least get little Prince a foster home?

A more permanent home can be found in upcoming weeks if we can at least find him a foster home.

Thanks in advance!

I'll miss my little fellow. He wil always be in my heart.
A tearful goodbye in about an hour.

That is wonderful news for Prince. I know how much you will miss him, but know he will have a forever home now. This must be a huge weight off your shoulders and you should be proud that you love him enough to let him go. Best of luck with your new situation.

*hugs*
