Throughout this month I've been making small donations to various animal charities (local food drives, shelters, Alley Cat Allies, etc.)  To my surprise, it's helped with the healing process through "sharing" to help other animals.

I think this is the greatest help in healing. Helping those souls that are in need. What a loving gift Kristie!!

I know this pits is old but it is important. In honor of our lost fur baby that's recently passed we intend on giving to the ASPCA and to charities that help animals in need. We think it will help in the healing process.

Agreed! It does help. And there are so many small local rescues which do phenomenal work that are very deserving of donations. I support one that I know personally from living next to it and pet-sitting the furkids.
