Hello, my beloved best friend Gracie Dee passed away enexpectedly Thurs 11/29, 10 months to the day I lost my Kaylee.. I hurt so much and feel so lost, I miss her so much.. She is my world, my purpose. Her happy self in the AM and her snuggles on the couch when I get home.. My life feels flipped upside down without her. I feel like I am in a bad nightmare & just can't wait to wake up and have her here. My home doesnt feel like home, she passed here and it is so hard, I can't get the visions out of my mind. I guess it's just still raw, I want my girl here with me. I'm glad to have found a place where others share my pain. Maybe it will help.

My dog Mac died the same day. I had to put him down because he was suffering. I feel so much pain. I understand the hurt you are feeling. I give you my condolences for your Gracie Dee.

Macsmommy, oh I am so very sorry for your loss of Mac, it is so very hard, daily life is a struggle & I find myself getting up to get my Gracie Dee dinner & woke up like clockwork at 6am to get her breakfast before I realized she wasn't here.. I find myself uncontrollably crying as I wish she was here so bad.. I want to put her harness on and go for our walk. I know it will get better as time goes on, but the pain is so raw.. Prayers for you and Mac.
