I said goodbye to my girl Alex. 2 months... But it feels like 2 years since I held her. I miss you baby girl; I miss you all the time. I still look for you in the house. I talk to you every day... I hope you can hear me. You were, and are, the best. I can't seem to think about you without crying, but you are always 'there', just beneath the surface.

Till we meet again... Sleep in the sun, eat till your full, and play the day away.

I will always love you, Ali!!

Two months without your precious baby, Alex!  I know all too well the pain you are going through yet.  You miss everything about your baby and would give anything to have them back in your life again.  We know that they are happy at the bridge, but we miss them soooo much.  I hope Alex visits you in your dreams to let you know that she is doing fine and is very happy.

I unfortunately didn't get a chance to say goodbye to my dog Buddy but it has been two months since he passed away as well.  Saturday July 10th... I still remember that day vividly.  Everything you wrote you still do is exactly same with me.

I didn't do a good job of socializing Buddy and he was always bit shy around other dogs but I hope he and Alex have met already and have become friends.

I love you, Buddy!

I'm so sorry for your loss. Your beloved Alex is always with you and can definitely hear when you talk to her! The two month mark is still so early in the grieving process. Just keep doing what you're doing...it will get a little better in time. I am almost at the one year mark for my Hershey and the four month mark for my Jasmine. It feels like it was yesterday for me too. It's been one heck of a year. (((HUGS)))

Thanks everyone. It makes me feel better knowing that there are all of you out there, with similar feelings. I wish none of us had to feel the loss of our babies, but at least this is a safe place to feel that loss.
