Lynnsa,
No matter how much time passes it still hurts. We loved with all our heart and we mourn with all our heart. When you lose a pet suddenly there is so much you want to say and so much you wanted to do. I lost a dog suddenly to over 19 years ago and I think of him often. There were so many things I wish I would have done differently. Maybe I could have saved him, maybe not. You and I replied to each others posts a year ago and I remember. I lost Termy almost 19 months a go and I still have trouble accepting that he is gone. Like you I still mourn my loss. We get to move on but it's never easy. Being without them at our side is very lonely. I can read your love in every line you wrote, especially the "little rascal". This only shows that you remember the journey and you are starting to recall some of the wonderful things that made Max, Max. Keep the faith that we will see them again.
their love didn't go when they did it still surrounds us everyday.
Love and doggie hugs

Thank you so much for your reply cosesmom and for the lovely replies you have sent me in the past. I miss him desperately but am just starting to slowly get my head around it. I know you understand because of Termy and just desperately hope we see them one day again. Take care and many thanks for your kind words xxx
