My boyfriend ran over my precious baby girl Priscilla she was a 2 year old cocker spaniel. We were leaving headed to town with our 3 year old daughter. I completely forgot that my dog was outside until I heard her barking at the tires while we were leaving the driveway. My heart dropped as I heard the tires run over her little body. It all happened so fast I hurried up an got out of the car an ran to her she was whimpering an then she stopped an that’s when she took her last breath. My poor daughter keeps asking me when her sissy(priscilla) is going to come home. I just keep telling her that she is in heaven now an that one day she will get to see her again. It’s very hard losing a dog that I loved so much an trying to explain to my child that her sissy isn’t going to come home is even harder. I know she was just a dog an I know things happen for a reason but it doesn’t make situations like these any easier. Just hurts knowing that I’ll never be able to pet her again or hold her an tell her I love her. I just need prayers for me an my little family that I’ll have the strength to get through this hard time an that my little girl will understand I know she’s young but she still understands that her sissy isn’t home.
