Hello all,

The boy and I got back to great Falls late last night. Oregon and Washington were rain soaked and cold. Tonight, the snow levels drop to about three thousand feet.

Hershey was with us the entire trip. I could sense him whisperng directions to Aunt Darias the entire time we were on the Olympic Peninsula. He also held Kuggs paw and the puppy did well in the car and strange motel rooms. The old pros, Sil and Moz were also very helpful.

On Sat the 14th, we celebrate the 10th and last Doxie Day picnic for the American Cancer Society in Great Falls. Hersh will again be with us as we run the raffel table.

Everyone has been very helpful and we will continue to add tidbits during the days to come.

Meriam,
Sorry that you and the boys had such bad weather here. We have had an unusual amount of cool weather this year. Usually you would have had some great weather at the coast...

Glad that they all did well on the trip and that Hershey helped Kuggel with his first big outing. They are always there with us where ever we go.

Welcome back home, Meri, Kugs, Mozie and Sil,

So sorry the weather was so dreary and wet.  Houston was so humid I thought I would melt!   Yikes!  We also got back into town last night and I took today off to unwind and reclaim the "Gracester" and Ralphie.  They both looked great when I picked them up at the vet's boarding facility...and a little heavier as some special vet tech was giving them some special biscuits!!!

Betsy tells me Hershala loved the trip.  She hitched a ride for a while just to take a peak at Kugs (I think Sophie Esther sent her).  She never could resist the pups....or car rides!!!   She said Moz and Sil are old pros at these trips.

Big hugs,
Melissa
