i am just beside myself. today i came home to our 13 year old cat bately breathing and severley mauled by our dogs. she was rushef to tge vet snd all we could do was say good bye .
i have never had any problems with fogs and fats co existing togetjer till recently. long and shrt a couple weeks ago our indoor/ outdoor barn cat was found mauled in the house...yhe dogs eent thru a baby gate to get her. then 3 days after i came in fro the barn to wild pack like barking ( we have 5 dogs American bulldog x mastiff, 2 boxers, a pug Chihuahua x anf havense and two house cats of whom tbe dogs have lived with and were there BEFORE most of the dogs )..the digs had our 13 yr old house cat cornered. ..she had been started to be mauled too. .my husband just says " cats and dogs arent supposed to live TOGETHER "
:(. after this incident i started to take dogs ( the 2 i suspected having cat aggression problems ..the American bulldog x and 1 boxer). today i had to work and put both cats on the otber side of the house behind a clised door, with a baby gate up, and desk in front of it and came home to a massacre.
after coming back from putting our beloved ms.mew down i found the pug x had dried slobbered hair around his neck and the 2 year old boxer has puncture wounds om his front legs a
