For each of you, my PetLoss family. You Have helped me make it through one of the most difficult times of my life, and I will always remember that.
On the first major holiday since I lost my Luke and Lil, I feel the pain of their losses very acutely....they would always get special treats on Thanksgiving! I visited their snow covered graves this morning, and talked to them about special times past. Oh to have them back again, if only briefly, to let them know how much they are loved and missed. But, I also give thanks to the Father for giving me the time that I had with them, and for the beautiful memories I'll always cherish. I'm also thankful for the gift of SilverCloud and Rowdy, my new babies, who are bringing such joy into our lives. How wonderful it has been to be able to give and receive love again with my new babies! Sharon and I are truly blessed! May God Bless you all on this day of Thanksgiving. Rick

Rick, you are truly blessed. It's not often that we get second chances to have that happiness again. I hope your Thanksgiving was wonderful with Sharon, SC and Rowdy. Much happiness!

This site is a blessing to everyone! Being able to talk freely about our pets and not be given odd looks is wonderful. Holidays are hard to get through when your dear pets are no longer there to share in the festivities. I hope SilverCloud and Rowdy enjoyed the extra treats on their first Thanksgiving with you and your family.

Blessings to you and your new furkids, and hugs to you for the loss of your loved ones. I am so glad you found room in your heart for new babies. There are so many that need us, and are so lucky to have found us!

Sending hugs of comfort to ease the pain of losing Luke and Lil. I can tell you time and time again that they are with you even now. But I know there are times when that is not enough because we just want one last kiss, one last touch, one last gaze into their eyes that touch our soul. Luke and Lil understand the longings and wishes to have them back again. Their gift to you was you finding SilverCloud and Rowdy. A gift that is most powerful. A gift to let love back into our heart and soul.
May God ease your pain and keep you safe in His arms.

Happy Thanksgiving Rick and Thank you for all your Prayers for My Girly Glory. Rick... you are a Man of God. And I just wanted to tell you what I do. I know you will understand. When Glory was at the Vet's, I wanted her to know how much I love her and why we were doing what we were doing to get her well. So I asked Our Father to tell her. He talks to His Creation all the time. He knew how to explain it to her so that she would understand and He did Rick!. Then I ask him to tell My Sammy that I love him and his Momma misses him so and that one day Mommy will be home to him. The real world and life is in the Spirit. So Rick, just tell God what you want your Babies to hear you say directly, and I know that Father will tell them. God bless you Dear Friend.

To Rick and all of my petloss family----Happy Thanksgiving. I am a day late, but I have had out of town guest. We had 13 for dinner yesterday. I prepared most of it and it was a wonderful time for all.
We all have a lot to be thankful for!!!!! As with Rick, we missed our Bonnie Lou, but are so thankful for the blessing of Emmy Lou. Also, thanks to all who have helped me through this tragic time of loosing Bonnie. Love to all, Clara
