After this week I'm lost. Last Friday night I said goodbye to my 12 year old long hair chihuahua bucko (real name peanut) who had surgery on wednesday to have a golfball size cancerous tumor removed from his small intestines that was causing a complete blockage. unfortunately, there were complications post op and my little guy didn't make it and he passed at 820 Friday evening here at home. That alone was devastating.

The mister let my other doggo my 10 year old boarder collie Moe out when he went to work this morning (completely privacy fenced back yard) and when I got up to let him in 2 hours later  I found my doggo passed away in his spot in the corner of the yard. He was a healthy, happy doggo. I dont understand.

My heart is beyond broken right now.  My cocker boobers and moe were raised together and I am worried for him. I cant stop crying. Losing bucko was bad, but losing both bucko and moe in less than a week is more than I can bare at this moment.

I am so very sorry for your losses. One loss is horrible, two unbearably so. I lost two dogs on the same day due to illness and old age and the emptiness we feel is devestating. When you are able to tell us about your precious doggos please do. We all share our stories and I feel it helps a lot. Countless numbers of people have found comfort and support here at Petloss. I hope you will also.
Keeping you in my thoughts and prayers.

I am so sorry to hear about your two pups. That is very devastating. All I can say is something I've repeated several times here: just by being here is proof to me that your pets lived the best life they could have ever had, and it's all thanks to you. All animals have to go, and it's so sad when they do, but take comfort in knowing that, before they went, they were happy, carefree, and loved you more than anything because of the life they had.
