My little girl died Christmas day 2018. She was just 3 1/2 yrs old.
I have posted here many times but you have never seen her because I could not look at her photos, it was too painful. Now I can at least look at her but still cry.
Thank you all who helped me through this terrible journey.
I realize now that this will never end. Its the price we pay for that magical love.
R.I.P.  my little one, dad loves you forever. [liberty]

I so agree it is the price we pay for that magical unconditional love, and yet knowing the pain I’m currently in, I would do all again. I would go through this pain many times for that love.

Dearest Liberty's dad,
I know we have replied to each other's post over the last few months and I am so glad that you have shared a picture of Liberty with us. What a beautiful little girl. I can see the happiness and love written on her face. Sending you my understanding and the deepest compassion from the bottom of my heart.
Again thank you for sharing

What a beautiful girl she is! Thank you for posting her picture. I agree with you, our sorrow when our precious ones leave us is heartbreaking but loving them and having them return our love is worth every tear. I am always reminded of a Garth Brooks song, The Dance. The words, "I could have missed the pain but I would have to miss the dance" say it all. My precious little Piper has renal disease and we have shared 13 wonderful years. She is doing quite well and we may have many more months together, each day is a blessing.

What a beautiful girl.  I think it's a good step in your healing process that you are now able to look at pictures.  Thank you so much for posting a picture. Her smile has helped me a little bit today.
