This past Monday morning I was woken by my husband with one of the saddest news ever gotten . My sweet baby boy has passed away. He had heart problems taking medication 5 when we first found this, he got better and currently was on only 2 medication. He had good, great, bad days, I still can't believe it, I'm in so much pain, I have guilt. Having to be home because of covid-19 and the passing of my dog of 14 and half years I'm getting bad anxiety attacks I cry myself to sleep stay up hrs thinking of him while having to homeschool my kid and care for my 5 month old baby. I'm thankful my husband been very understanding and supportive as well as my 8 year old child who is also sadden by our dogs death . My heart hurts burns I wish I could of been with him in his last mins, knowing he passed on his own outside kills me (he's indoor /outdoor dog) only thing helps me is it happen in one of his favorite spots in our yard . I love and miss him so much

You have alot on your plate. I can tell you what worked for me. I went to the regular doctor and he prescribed medication for me to cope with. I can't tell you to do that but I can tell you 'my story'. I also called pet loss hotlines but I am not sure they are open now due to the pandemic.

One of the worst things is learning first hand that life can be very tough and very overwhelming. It can shake us to the core. It sounds
like you are in that place right now.and understandably.

The bright side is that you are not physically or emotionally alone going through this. I was.

So be hopeful that in the days and weeks ahead, you will slowly begin to adjust to the new "normal" and as time progresses,
the intensity of what is going on will begin to ease up.

I had a dog from before kindergarten until I was in high school. She died then and it was extremely sad.

God bless you,
