What a wonderful place this is and I’m so glad to see it exists. I battle anxiety and depression and my dogs and cats are my world. Back in June for my birthday I got a precious french bulldog puppy whom I grew to love dearly. She became my life line. Recently we had been having issues with a neighbors neglected dogs digging under our fence, we thought we finally had the issue settled and controlled. Thursday night I let my baby out in the back yard to pee and the one night I chose not to go out with her, the dogs dug a huge hole under our fence. We assume she went under to go play with the dogs, we don’t know. We just know they killed her. I went looking for her when she did not come in and went next store. Her lifeless body was laying in the yard. We rushed her to the er with any glimmer of hope we could but it was to late. The grief I am experiencing is more then I can handle. I had to go get setatives from the doctor just to function. I can’t sleep or eat and cry constantly. I’ve lost elderly dogs before but this one ripped out my soul. We are in the process of burying cement and wire under the Fence. We also called animal control but they did nothing, actually acted like they were mad we bothered them. Went as far as to claim it was my other dogs who dug. The neighbor on the other rides fence was also torn up by the dogs but they did not care. The neighbors are scared we are going to sue for damages so I’m hoping they own up to their promise of paying for the dog. It won’t bring my baby back but they refuse to control the dogs and my baby paid the price. I’m
Meeting with a breeder today in hopes to find a new baby hoping it’ll give me the comfort I need. I also found a perfect white feather today.

I am so sorry for the loss of your beloved pup. That sounds very traumatic to go through, indeed. I am so sorry and pray you find comfort, peace, and support you need as much as you can. Thinking of you during this difficult time.
