Dear Dallas,  I still miss, you baby girl.  From the moment I saw you at the breeder's home in that baby crib,  I was in love and so were you with me.  I miss you so much even after 8 years.  I know you are well established at the bridge and know all the oldies as well as the new arrivals and I hope you are being nice and kind to all of them.  I know how your temper could flair, my little spitfire!!!!  You were and will always be a complete angel to me, but you could let others "have it"!

This is you on your 11th birthday.  You left me sad, 5 months later.

This is the photo that everyone has seen and loved of you over the years!

and this is your first bridge photo fixed by Sharon Dalton.

I love all of my current babies, Molly the black and white Pom I got after you had been gone 5 mos., Odie, the long haired Chihuahua, I got from the Humane Society after I moved in my new house, at age 6 and Harley my kitty who is now 4, but you were and always will be my soul mate.

Well girl, I wanted to let you know that not one day has gone by without me thinking of you, since you left me Oct.26,2002.  I know you are settled and happy, so all I can say now is I look forward to our reunion someday and until then, my little one, stay safe and happy.

To All of My Pet loss friends, new ones and oldies, Thanks so much for all the love and support I have received over these 8 years.  You have all been a God send.  I pray each and every one of you find peace as you continue on your journey to healing.

For all who don't know Dallas, she was 11 1/2 years old when she died of congestive heart failure.  She only weighed 3.2 lbs, which made her cute but more prone to heart disease.  She was diagnosed with chf 17 months b4 leaving me for the bridge.  She was a little piece of dynamite, but she was so precious to me.

Bless each and every one of you and the spirits of all of your beloved angels.

Love,  Diane

I just want to let you know that the pictures you posted of Dallas are adorable.  My Patti was precious to me too.  She was 15 1/2 when we let her go.  She was half German Shepherd and half Siberian Husky.  We have two other dogs, one who knew her for 3 years and one we have had just over a year.  We will always miss our Patti.

Oh, she certainly is a little cutie, and I can just picture the spitfire in her coming out.  But as all Mom's, we overlook it all and only see the precious little darlings they are :-}
It's a testament to your love for Miss Dallas, that as the years go on and life goes on, your heart holds her dearly where she will rest until you are together again.

You are a treasure to everyone here with your loving support to everyone.
Thank you,
Sandie

Your Dallas is such a precious little fur baby! How wonderful that you hold her so close to your heart and that she stays in your daily thoughts after all these years.  I lost my little angel, Bootsie, 19 months ago, and he was truly my soul mate, as well, so I know how you must be feeling on this anniversary date.

Thank you so much for the loving support that you provide to all of us on this board.

She's absolutely darling.  So much like my little Oliver who is approaching his 11th birthday, sadly with the same heart condition as your Miss Dallas.  There is no way to prepare for losing them and no way to say good-bye easily.  But by helping all of us on pet loss during the last 8 years you have certainly served her memory well Diane.   God bless Miss Dallas.

Dear Diane

How quickly the time passes now doesn't it.  I think of fiesty little Dallas everytime I see you post.

Treky left November 17, 2001 - I know that we never forget their Bridge day - the pain fortunately subsides and the love and memories live on as strong as ever.

Hugs to you my friend

Dear Diane--

It never fails to make me smile when I see that sweet, adorable face of Dallas.  She really is a beauty.  I can just imagine how many heads she turned with her feisty little ways!
I will be keeping you in my prayers as you celebrate her 8 years at the Bridge.  This never gets easier, does it?  It will be 3 years for Teddy on the 30th and I find the sadness never goes away.
Hope that you will find this time brings you many happy memories and peaceful healing as you reflect on all the love that this little girl brought into your life.

In the end, all you have are memories and usually the ones you have with these furchildren are the ones you treasure the most.

                              Helen, Teddy's Mom forever

Dear Diane,

I hope your day was filled with happy memories and few tears.  Spooky's 8 year Bridge Day was last April and for me it's always a very bittersweet time. Over the years, your love for Dallas has always shined through and it is so plain to see the love she has for you.  No matter how much time passes, and how much our memories fade, we still have the love.

Hugs,
Dianne

Dear Diane,

I have been under the weather again, so forgive my late post.  Seeing all your wonderful photos of your precious little "spitfire" girl always, always lifts my spirits no matter what kind of day I am having!   She is such a little doll.  Like Georgeann so beautifully said, no matter how long they are gone, we always miss them.  Our joy will come full circle one glorious day when we meet our babies at the Bridge, and feel their precious little kisses once more.  Until then, you and Dallas will be in my thoughts and prayers.

Sweet girl, Dallas, I hope you had a lovely 8th year Bridge anniversary!  You are always missed and loved so dearly.  I hope you can come visit your mom in her dreams and continue to watch over her and her other babies!!

Sending hugs,
Melissa

Dear Diane,
I am sorry that I missed the 8th anniversary day of Miss Dallas. Her pictures here at Petloss over all these years that I have loved seeing her adorable face, makes her truly a star both here and in the heaven's above. She's looked over you all these years, keeping extra close in spirit when your heart would miss her so. Now the memories are softer, full of the continued connection and love for all that Miss Dallas brought to your life when she was here on the earth and what she has brought to your life since she left your side to go to the Rainbow Bridge.
Blessings to you and your angel girl, Dallas.

Dear Wendy,  Thanks so much for the kind words on Miss Dallas's 8th yr bridgeday.  I know how much her and Decker must have bonded over the years.  I still think about you and  your loss of Decker and your father and how they must now be together.

We will see  our girls again someday.

Love,  Diane
