On July 3 at 11:30 pm I said goodbye to my sweet little angel, Maugi.  She was with us for 14 wonderful years.  She had diabetes, arthritis, and was blind.  My heart is broken, but I know she is her old self again and that gives me some comfort. She died in my arms after suffering a seizure.  I am thankful I was there for her.  This is so hard for me. I miss her so much.

Maugismom...I'm so sorry for you loss...but I'm glad that you were there for her when she got her wings and went to the RB.....She went on her own terms, and she spared you the agony of making the dreaded decision..Just keep telling yourself that she will now be seizure free...we assisted my Tai-Chi to the Rb almost 6 months ago...she was also a seizure baby, but then she developed Chf and meds weren't helping her....so unfortunately we were faced with that decision...and we knew we had to give her the greatest gift and help her get her wings....I'm still having a hard time without her, but I know she's waiting for me...Tai-Chi's mom Lisa
