First off, I am very sorry for your loss.

It is heartbreaking to lose a pet.

You are lucky to have had Sebby for 13 years.

I lost my little girl at 3 1/2.

Christmas day (2018) IMHA.

Eat properly, sleep properly, see a doctor if needed.

I didn't do any of that, and paid the price.

Stay calm and for sure, cry all you want.

You will never forget Sebby, that's one thing I am sure about.

I’m so sorry. Our English bulldog had his first seizure on Monday, several more following that, and we elected to say goodbye on Thursday due to his pain level. I’m struggling. I have spent the majority of this past week crying. Hoping each day might feel a little bit better, but it hasn’t. I wake up feeling overwhelmingly sad, and it just progresses throughout the day. Every single minute of each day is consumed with him. It’s brutal.

I know exactly how you feel. It’s hard to breathe without them. It’s completely consuming. The heaviness of it all is too much. I’m starting to feel like I’m already forgetting things about my boy, which just makes me sadder. Reading through the posts on this forum make me feel slightly better. We’re not the only ones.
