It has been six days and I continue to struggle want to cry a lot. He was 15 and I had to put him down due to multiple violence seizures. I know things get better but how? When? I miss him so much

Hey
Seizures are indescribable. Taylor had her last one on Saturday she was 9. Wish I could say the feelings will stop at midnight tonight but not going to happen for us. Went through this 2009 and learned then we are on a journey with pets and life in general. Grief is a big deal and your are Smart in letting yourself feel the pain and the intensity will weaken as you structure your day. I would like to hear more about your dog and the good times you had.

Thank you Taylor. Luke lived a full life and was very well taken care of. He started having one seizure a month since June if this year then last Sunday he had Four with the last two being long and very violent. We had to put him down but he was in my wife’s arms with me kissing his head and he licked my wife’s face then passed. He would have been 15 this month and every where that I read says he lived to the top of his life cycle.. I miss him so much and grief counselor is helping. Thanks for taking the time to reach out
