Today, around noon our Cocker Spaniel Trinket passed. He was almost 15 years old. We knew he was failing, and he had a good life with us ever since he was a puppy. But that that never makes the inevitable any easier. My wife and I are so heartbroken. I know everyone here knows the same pain as we are feeling. It helps alot to be able to share memories of our beloved furbabies.

Now he is with his buddy, our Springer Spaniel Jack who passed back in 2009. Now they can run and play together forever, never to be separated again.

It's always heartbreaking to loss our companions.  The sadness and sense of loss is real.  I'm sorry you lost your Trinket.

I'm so sorry. I know how much you must be hurting. I also know the pain and heart ache. I lost my heart dog over two years ago and I still have sadness in my heart and most likely always will. My Termy was just over 16 years old but no matter the age that they pass, it rips your heart in two. I love the name Trinket just like a Jewel, how precious. Come back, when your ready and share Jack and trinket with us.
Love and doggie hugs
