Our 18 year old cat Squeek is usually Squeekum Baby Darling
Lucky a 7 year old Bichon Frise,who has been with us for 18 months is often called The Luckster.
Bonny one of our outdoor dogs answers to Bon Bon.
Muppet the senior outdoor doggy is Mup Mup Muppety Poo.

I called my Leo my big handsome boy and stinky butt since he had IBD and I always had to chase him around after he jumped out of the litter box to wipe his butt.  Those who have had pets with IBD will know why.
