I just lost my rabbit yesterday.. I was at work covering a coworkers shift so I got out really late as soon I got out I recieved a call from my sister that the rabbit had died. I came home saw her laying on the bed with a bloody nose and eyes open but dead. I wish I knew what caused her death I went to cremate her and they told me she might of electrocuted herself who knows but now I can't get the image out of my head, my head and jaw cant stop hurting from all the pain .. if only I wouldn't have worked late I might of saved her or prevented her incident I miss her so much

I am so sorry for your loss...it is so hard. You couldn’t have know anything like that was going to happen!!! You were just working so you could have a better life, for your family. Try not to feel guilty. Guilt is because we as humans have to know why...but we cannot know everything. Know that your bunny had a good life and find comfort in knowing you cared...you care enough that you are feeling the pain that you are. Hugs to you...I hope you find peace.

I recently found out the truth when I went to the hospital, the doc said it was odd for her to bleed from her nose , if she died so sudden, my little sister confessed she had accidentally fallen on top of her because a shoe got on her way and she tripped , bad luck the bunny was next to her and that's why she got injured. My sister feels so guilty she keeps saying I killed my own bunny , it was a terrible accident , her therapist , and myself keep telling her it was an accident it wasn't done intentionally

Oh, I am so sorry...poor girl, she will need lots of hugs as she will probably remember this the rest of her life. It was a hard life lesson that most of us has experienced at one time or another in our lives. So glad you know the cause of this very unfortunate accident. Peace and comfort hugs to your family.

She will remember this , because it was her own bunny . It was a tragic accident that could have been prevented but accidents happen . She still has a Male rabbit and I have a Male one as well . From now on she knows better she must have learned from this accident. I hope so.
