I put my beloved dog to sleep 4 days ago. He had cancer and had been bleeding internally without showing any symptoms. I know I will find some peace if I get a sign he is in heaven and living his best life.

I’ve lost numerous people in my life and have received signs before. I know I’m capable of noticing and recieving them.

It’s breaking my heart I have not received any....

How long does it normally take?

First let me say how very sorry I am. I know the deep heart ache and pain when we let our hearts go. I'm not sure how long it takes to get a sign from them but I got my first sign from Termy when I was really grieving hard about six months after I let him go. Then I read a book about signs from the after life and it said I needed ask Termy and the spirits for a specific sign. I asked for feathers and boy have I got a lot of feathers. It's been almost 20 months since he left for the Bridge and I bet I have over 500. I find them in the most unlikely places to. I guess it all depends on when they figure you really need a sign from them.Hang in there and I know you will get a sign. Please know that he is in heaven, healthy and not suffering anymore. God wouldn't make just a perfect companion and not let them in.
Love and doggie hugs
