So many of us suffer with memories of our pets. And it seems like the pain never ends. But you know what? I have good news for you! There's a reason why even after months and years you still have feelings for your precious pets.

The reason why is because there's a connection between you and your pets that remains unbroken.
In other words it's like a kite flying way up in the sky. You can't touch it, but you can feel it tugging on the string in your hands. Likewise your pets are way up in the sky in heaven, and you can't touch them but you can feel them tugging on the strings of your heart.

Having strong feelings for your pets even after months and years is a good thing. It shows that the bond (the string) between you and your pets is still there.

Bye for now.

David, that was wonderful.  Thank you for posting that.  You've had quite a turn a round in your feelings and thoughts, you really are an amazing young man, a true animal and people lover that has so much to give to both.  We're glad your part of this family :-}  Sandie

Beautiful post David. I do believe this and even after all the time my golden Max has been gone~8 years, the connection remains and always will. When we love this deeply, they remain a part of us until we are with them again.
Peace to you,
Max's mom Jo
