Little Bit, My Love My Friend. I miss you,I love you. The pain of losing you has not gone away. I still cant look at your pictures without tears. I am without words my little one. A void exists that will never be filled. I will never be the same my love. But I promise you this Little Bit, You will never ever be forgotten my little rose. There is so much I want to say to you. But will do most of my saying with actions. I will keep helping the kitties at the 2 shelters I volunteer at. On labor Day i brought 35 kittens and 12 adult cats to 2 shelters that wanted them to find homes. Most are already in homes being loved. Its all for you and your sister teeny tiny Bit. Your messages that you sent with all the things about roses have reached me and I have reached out and gave a home to a kitten with special needs.. she has a bad foot that needs to be watched. I promise little bit she will get all she needs and more and her name is Rose. Through her I touch you and your sister and love you like when you were here. And today I wrote a song for you on my harp..
It is called My Love My friend. With the stings of my harp i tell you in many notes and chords how much i love you Little bit. This song will be on your CD called My Perfect Rose. I will keep you posted My Love as your tribute takes shape. Please keep sending messages. I love you Little Bit. And I love your sister Teeny Tiny Bit. Please both of you came and see me in a dream.

Love you always and forever

your daddy

Dear Jerry,

Your words to Little Bit are so warm and sweet.  Two months without your precious little one have been very difficult but you still are out there helping other animals.  Your work is very important and I am happy that so many cats are finding new homes.  The pictures are wonderful!

Jerry, I was so touched by your tribute to Little Bit, and more so to the loving legacy you are leaving through your important work.  As I looked at the pictures, I thought "There's a baby who was loved!"

I want to volunteer at our local animal shelter, too, but I'm afraid to go there yet.  I'm just so worried that I will not be able to leave the sad animals there that want someone to love them and not give them up.  I think it's just too early for me yet, but I'm not giving up on the thought!

Bless you for the love that you sent over to the Bridge with your precious babies, and for the work of the heart that you are doing!  Even in your pain and loss, you "rose" to the occasion!  LukeAndLilsDad  (Rick)
