Floyd was doing better yesterday morning when I saw him.  However when I went back in the evening, his pain was returning.  He is very, very hesitant to take pain meds.  He won't even call the nurse to tell them he is in pain.

I just got off the phone with him and he told me he did not have a good night.  Needless to say, I am worried out of my mind.  And to Top it off, my youngest daughter is getting married today!!!!!!!!!!  God help us all.

We live east of Dallas and she is in Fort Worth.  So, I have a 2 hour drive to get there.  My greatest fear is that they will decide to do surgery while I am in Fort Worth.

I am facing decisions, decisions this morning.  Floyd's daughter and his sister will spend the day with him and I will have my cell phone with me.  So, that is about all I can do for now.

Thanks everyone for your sweet thoughts and prayers.  If it is not one thing it is another-----that is life, I guess.

Dear Clara, Life can surely get overwhelming sometimes. I will continue to keep Floyd, and you, in my thoughts and prayers. I hope he will be well and home with you soon.

Congrats on your daughter's wedding. I hope she had a wonderful wedding and that it was still a happy day for you.

Please keep us posted on how Floyd is doing. Bless his sweet heart. Tell him ''get well soon'' from me and that he is in my thoughts.

Hugs,
Berta

Clara, sorry that I've been offline for awhile.  My prayers are with you and Floyd....he sounds like he's as bad a patient as I am!!  Us guys always think a little pain won't hurt anything!  Nothing like a little extra stress in your life, huh?

Please know that I'm thinking of you, and have asked Luke and Lil to take extra time with Bonnie, as I'm sure she's feeling the stress too.

God Bless!  It will turn out just fine!  Rick
