You're right.  Getting drunk doesn't help.

No, I agree.   Alcohol just disinhibits one's emotions and makes everything worse.   Crying is bad enough, but crying "jags" induced by too much alcohol are the pits.....and just don't solve anything.   When you sober up, the grief still hits you in the face.

So sorry you are having such a tough time.  My thoughts and prayers are with you.

Punching things doesn't help either. nor does driving to fast, and being mean to people you don't know. None of these things help. Hope you don't have to bad a hangover.
